3. Payments and Refunds

Payment terms are specified in your specific service agreement or invoice. Monthly maintenance plans are billed in advance. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in your contract.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the rights to the website content and design specifically created for them. NexSite retains the rights to our underlying code libraries and tools used to create the website.

5. Limitation of Liability

NexSite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
