Cornerstone Waterproofing
A local SEO rebuild that moved Cornerstone Waterproofing from an unavailable old site into a trust-heavy Toronto waterproofing and foundation repair website.

Project Overview
Cornerstone already had the real-world proof homeowners look for: 20+ years in business, owner-led expertise, warranty coverage, verified reviews, and thousands of Toronto-area homes protected. The old web presence was not carrying that credibility. Nexsite rebuilt the site so homeowners could quickly see the services, service areas, proof, warranty, and next step to call or request an estimate.

Challenge
The previous web presence was limited to a temporary placeholder page, leaving little for search engines or homeowners to evaluate. For a high-trust service like basement waterproofing and foundation repair, the new site needed to restore credibility fast while creating crawlable coverage for Toronto, Scarborough, and high-intent repair searches.
Approach
We rebuilt the site around local service intent: basement waterproofing, foundation repair, underpinning, basement entrances, concrete floors, floor drains, and new foundations. The content surfaces Saverio LoMonaco's owner-led process, written estimates, licensed and insured status, WSIB and TSSA trust marks, HomeStars review proof, 20-year warranty language, emergency leak messaging, and service-area content for Toronto neighbourhoods and Mississauga.
Outcome
Cornerstone now has a crawlable local SEO foundation and a much stronger first impression for homeowners comparing waterproofing contractors. Early Search Console data shows branded discovery plus page-one visibility for Scarborough and Toronto repair searches, while the public site gives homeowners clear proof before they call.
